Dear Friends,

The true substance of an uplifting resolute American character was discarded and the consequences of its devastation was displayed on Thursday, September 27th for the entire world to see. This country under the direction of immoral government representatives and media entities, has lost its genuine respect for its citizens by exhibiting behavior comparable to degenerative dementia. Displays of indecency is now the norm, in a society that has taken steps to no longer believe in one's innocence and the ideals of impartial jurisprudence. The politicization of everything we believe that has merit, respect and integrity no longer carries weight in a nation that is losing its will to live under the protection of a loving God. Regrettably, I am saddened by an environment when the putrid, vacuous contempt for dignity by those in Congress has elevated a mental disorder that needs to be eliminated to restore one's sanity. Washington DC has become the mecca for mental illness and moral repugnancy that has ensnared this town by its contempt for human decency. The cancer that has infiltrated the nation's capital has spread its tentacles across America. Egalitarian principles are no longer viewed as sacrosanct, while socialism and leftist dogma has increased in acceptance by a generation unable or unwilling to appreciate the suffering and sacrifice for liberty in ages past.

Just this morning, I attended a most beautiful funeral mass for a parishioner that I've known for many years. He was a humble man. He devoted the last years of his life in helping youngsters reach their potential in their quest to live a life of substance and character. My friend's life was celebrated and rejoiced! He will always be remembered for the kind and welcoming approach towards everyone he met.

While I know my friend is at rest, I am distraught that Supreme Court Justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh, will be recognized as a Judge besmirched by accusations of moral degradation by evil defenders of personal destruction. When we celebrate Judge Kavanaugh's life once he is called Home and on the Day of Judgment many years from now, the Good Lord will embrace this man for the good works he was able to accomplish - as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. The American people will finally recognize several of the proverbial passages of the 23rd Psalm in which Judge Kavanaugh has recently encountered:

"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me."

"Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of my enemies. Thou anointest my head with oil, my cup runneth over."

Judge Kavanaugh during this time in his life, will embrace the eternal path of providence and wisdom. His family and friends and anyone that has the capacity to discern the will for his life, will be comforted.

Thanks again for your continuous support.
