Dear Friends,

It was in January of 2018 that I suffered the flu. It took me over a week and a half to fight the effects, as I have never experienced the intensity of this flu in my entire life! I sincerely believed I was in a situation in which the results of my distress would call me Home. I prayed without ceasing for relief. I drank as much water as I could to end any bouts of dehydration. I consumed orange juice, cough and cold medicine and one of my dearest friends made a pot of chicken soup just for me! It was truly delicious! During this period I stayed home, slept for hours on end and devoted my conscious efforts to avoid work and stress of any kind. I recovered from this ordeal in good shape and I lost over 10 pounds in the process. If you've met me in person during the past several years, you would instinctively know my weight loss could be considered as a 'blessing in disguise'.

Two years later, the CORONOVIRUS has infiltrated the globe on all continents. Numerous persons have been infected and deaths increase every day. The same prescription of combating this virus is reminiscent of my past experience. We must do the following:

1. Drink plenty of liquids   2. Stay away from crowds   3. Do not shake hands   4. Wash your hands   5. Rest - Sleep at least 8 hours   6. Take a deep breath and rid yourself of stress   7. Do not eat 'junk food'   8. Take antiviral supplements   9. Wear a face mask under certain extreme circumstances   10. Self-quarantine for 14 days if you have been exposed to the virus   11. Be informed daily from ethical and reliable media sources in regards to the virus outbreak   12. Airline travel and cruise excursions are recommended to be postponed until such time when the virus outbreak is alleviated universally   13. Anyone over 60 years of age must be extra careful in their movements and actions to prevent an infection   13A. Persons of this age group should stock pile on food, water and supplies  14. Be aware of your surroundings if you are in public places   15. If you attend Church or Religious functions, follow all guidelines recommended by the Archbishop and/or the religious leaders in your congregation   16. Do not contemplate a belief the US government is not doing their best in planning concise alternatives to end this outbreak as quickly as possible   17. Keep your wits about you and be pragmatic and be positive, as this 'slice of life' will soon come to an end   18. Pray for your family, friends, this nation and for your own sustenance, to endure the onslaught of panic and hysteria that may surround you

I am not a Doctor by any means but I'm a concerned citizen that loves America. I hope I was able to 'cover the bases' from the recommendations provided. I pray this virus outbreak will help restore the profound meaning of life - that many may have taken for granted.

Thanks again for your continuous support.
